Refund and Cancellation Policy

Project work (software, design and build engagements)
Project engagements are scoped in writing and billed against milestones. You may cancel at any time by written notice. On cancellation, work completed to date is invoiced at the agreed milestone or pro-rata rates, and any prepaid amounts beyond completed work are refunded within 30 days. Deposits covering reserved capacity are credited against completed work and any genuine, documented costs already committed.
Ongoing services (maintenance, SEO and growth retainers)
Monthly engagements can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice and simply run to the end of the paid period. We do not lock clients into long minimum terms unless a written agreement explicitly says otherwise.
Digital deliverables
Work product already delivered and accepted — code, designs, reports, content — is not refundable, as value has transferred. Where deliverables are demonstrably not as specified, we will rectify them at no charge; rectification comes before refund in line with fair trading expectations.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for services not provided with due care and skill or not fit for the disclosed purpose.
Statutory rights in India
This policy operates subject to applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
